Meet the Readers: Dave Reidy

Dave Reidy is the author of Captive Audience, a short story collection named an Indie Next Notable Book by the American Booksellers Association. Dave’s second book, The Voiceover Artist: A Novel, is part of the Chicago Public Library’s Special Collections and Preservation Division. His short fiction has been published by Granta, and his nonfiction has appeared in South Side Weekly and Beltmagazine. His writing on housing discrimination in Chicago was a finalist for a Lisagor Award for Exemplary Journalism. He is making his second appearance at Tuesday Funk.
