Meet the Readers: Maria Kostas

Maria Kostas has told stories on various stages around Chicagoland including Louder Than A Mom, Voice Box Story and Serenade, Back Yard Stories, The Wild Night, Story lab, Outspoken, Fillet of Solo Festival, and others. Her various work experiences have allowed her to see life through different lenses and listen to stories from various voices.

She blends past and present impressions into personal stories that are at times entertaining, historical, insightful, and often quite personal. Maria holds a master's degree in Adult Education, loves convertibles, and currently works part time as a bartender for special events.
