Meet the Readers: Mary Winn Heider

Mary Winn Heider is half of the pen name Birdie Horne. Along with her former arch nemesis Eden Robins, she writes the Mo Ellery mysteries, the first of which comes out August 11th! Don't Cross Mo Ellery is "witty and wacky," says Publisher's Weekly; Kirkus writes, "move over, Ellery Queen. There's a new Ellery in town." When she's not writing with Eden about a chaotic bisexual amateur sleuth in Chicago, Mary Winn writes novels for kids.
