Hallie Palladino is one of the original founders of Tuesday Funk which she enjoyed co-hosting until 2010 when, on the verge of having a baby, she wisely passed the torch to William Shunn. A two-time graduate of the University of Chicago, Hallie enjoys contributing to academic books, journals and conferences for fun, though she's not technically an academic. On the more creative side of things, her short play Sunrise: Ardmore Beach was produced this summer as part of the Something Marvelous Festival of Magical Realism. Currently Hallie is working on a series non-fiction essays about her family.

Please join Hallie and all our stellar readers on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, upstairs at Hopleaf at 7:30 pm. This 21-and-older event is free.
